CRYBABY Presents will exchange goods or issue store credit for returned merchandise received at CRYBABY Presents headquarters in West Hollywood within 10 days of the date the order was placed (noted at the top of invoice). All goods must be returned unworn and in perfect condition, along with a copy of your invoice that you will receive with your purchase.

Shoes will be accepted only if returned in their original and in their respective undamaged shoebox.

Please indicate on the back of your invoice the reason for your return and you will be issued a store credit on your CRYBABY Presents account.

Your account will be credited within 10 days of receipt less any shipping and restocking costs and you will be emailed a confirmation at that time. In case goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed for return shipping charges.

Please note that CRYBABY Presents does not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods.

Sales items are FINAL SALE.

CRYBABY Presents is not able to cancel orders once they have been placed. Refused packages are subject to a shipping and restocking fee.
